In a beautiful and unique Caribbean Great House, with the standards of an English Country House and on a stunning beach front, you will enjoy excellent cuisine.

Cobblers Cove has been a Relais & Chateaux property since 1995, the only one in Barbados and only one of a handful in the whole Caribbean. We pride ourselves on the standard of our food and cellar and on the number of awards that we have won.

Our beach front restaurant overlooks the Caribbean – charming, intimate, glamorous and relaxed – perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also offer a much-loved English afternoon tea at four every day in the Tea Pavilion, complimentary for all guests.

Our ingredients are sourced from this wonderful island which is blessed with a fertile soil and a benign tropical climate. The hotel grows its own herbs. Our daily supply of fresh fish comes from our own fisherman, Barker.

All ingredients are selected by our Head Chef, Brian Porteus and his team, for their freshness, quality and local provenance. Brian is from Ireland and has previously worked at 5 star and Michelin acclaimed properties such as The Grosvenor House Hotel, London, Le Manior Aux Quat’ Saison, Oxfordshire and Cascades Hotel, South Africa.
