Sample MenusExecutive Chef Brian Porteus is a classically French trained chef who has collected his invaluable international playing experience in - and on - some of the world's most exclusive restaurants, hotels and cruise liners. In his homeland, Ireland, he was head chef and proprietor of Pordylo’s Restaurant in Kilkenny. His cuisine is traditional French at base with British and Asian influences. He then combines these with the best of the good range of ingredients available in Barbados to create a sophisticated continental menu with Caribbean touches. At Cobblers Cove, we are lucky to have our own fisherman "Barker" and his "catch" is delivered to the restaurant and served that very same day. View other sample menus:
