World Oceans Day

Once a year, Relais & Châteaux chefs take the opportunity as an association to participate in a global festival in honor of World Oceans Day, annually observed by the UN. This year’s theme, celebrated in June, is FISH UNKNOWN which is a symphony of the sea’s biodiversity.
