Cancellation & Guarantee Policy 

CANCELLATION PAYMENT CONDITIONS CONDITIONS FOR ALL BOOKINGS FROM 4TH JAN 2023 TO 16TH DEC 2023 AND 8TH JAN 2024 TO 30TH NOV 2024:

  • 50% deposit is due at time of booking

  • 100% of the total value of the booking is to be paid in full 30 days before arrival. 

  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will incur a penalty charge equivalent to 50% of the total value of the reservation. 

  • Cancellations within 14 days of arrival and no-shows will incur a penalty charge equivalent to 100% of the total value of the reservation.

  • For bookings made within 30 days, full payment is required upon confirmation of the booking.

  • Full pre-payment must be received at least 30 days before guests' arrival, or the reservation will be cancelled.

  • Refunds processed due to cancellation will incur bank fees.

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR FESTIVE PERIOD 17TH DECEMBER 2023 – 7TH JANUARY 2024:

  • Cancellations within 90 days of arrival will incur a penalty charge equivalent to 50% of the total value of the reservation. 

  • Cancellations within 60 days of arrival & no-shows will incur a penalty charge equivalent to 100% of the total value of the reservation. 

  • Full Payment is due in advance on the 1st September 2022 and the above cancellation policies for this period will apply.

  • Refunds processed due to cancellation will incur bank fees.
