Rate, Flexible Deposit & Cancellation
50% deposit is due at the time of booking. 100% of the total value of the booking is to be paid in full 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will incur a penalty charge equivalent to 50% of the total value of the reservation. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival and no-shows will incur a penalty charge equivalent to 100% of the total value of the reservation. For bookings made within 30 days, full payment is required upon confirmation of the booking. Full pre-payment must be received at least 30 days before guests' arrival, or the reservation will be cancelled. Refunds processed due to cancellation may incur bank fees. Credit Card used to make the booking must be presented at Reception upon Check-In.
